Roberson Dominates 53 Car Field to Make it Four in a Row at Natural Bridge

The American All-Star Series made it's first trip to Natural Bridge Speedway of the season as the Best Pro Late Models in the Country battled it out in The Bridge's Birthday Bash! Fifty-three of the very best pro late models in the country went to war chasing the prize.

AAS Points Leader, AJ Hicks would set the fast time in BHR Fabrication Group A qualifying with a time of 17.350. The young up-and-coming star Braeson Fulton was just behind him with a 17.354. Third in the group went to Dillon Brown with a time of 17.431. Double Nickle Race Cars Group B would see the fast time overall of the night turned by Logan Roberson with a 17.069. Dalton Jacobs went second in the group with a time of 17.296 just a little quicker then third quick in the group of Justin Williams who turned a 17.298.

The ATC Bolts & Fasteners Dash would be won by Logan Roberson over AJ Hicks and Bareson Fulton. Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet Heat 1 was won by local hot shoe Samuel Bryant over Zach Sise and Jacob Brown. Outside Groove Heat 2 went to Jeremy Steele over Jack Brown and Ryan Smith. PPM Racing Products Heat 3 was won by Bradley Lewelling over Josh Dietz and Joshua Chesney. American Racer Heat 4 went to series regular Jordan Hedger over Baillie Lowe and Isaiah Gochenhour. Layton Sullivan would win Dirt Rich TV B-Main 1 with Henry Hornsby III picking up the second transfer spot. Gasko Gaskets B-Main 2 was won by Trevor Sise over Billy Beachler. The provisionals went to Logan Walls and Hayden Cardwell with Gunner Johnson and Beckham Malone taking emergency provisionals.

The field was set with the All-Stars ready to battle it out for 57 laps. Logan Roberson did Logan Roberson things at the Bridge and jumped out to the early lead. AJ Hicks held second over Dillon Brown until he got around him on lap 10 in lapped traffic. The two battled for second with Justin Williams for a long time in lapped traffic. A huge wreck in the later half of the race would hold things up for a short time, but racing resumed with Logan out front and Justin chasing from the second spot and Brown in third. Logan would once again not be denied at home and grabbed another series $10,000 victory! Justin Williams, the stout Weekend Warrior, held on for second. Dillon Brown would take third while Dalton Jacobs picked up a career series best of fourth. Jeremy Steele had a quiet, but solid night finishing firth and AJ Hicks, the points leader, took sixth. Hayden Cardwell rebounded after heat race issues to finish seventh with Zach Sise taking eight. Jack Brown had another good run with the series finishing ninth and Jordan Hedger would round out the top ten.

The Mini All-Stars Presented by VP put on an amazing race with the three karts finishing .6 apart. Brayden Mills would grab the win with Addison Rhodes bringing home second and Tee Evans third.
